You may request a cancellation of your service before the document verification process has started. Once we have begun the drafting or filing process, a full refund may not be possible.
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the professional fee. If work has started, a partial refund will be calculated based on the work completed.
Please note that government fees and taxes paid to the respective departments (MCA, GST, etc.) are non-refundable by those departments. We can only refund our professional fees.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days back to the original payment method or a bank account of your choice.
